Maintenance plan questions
- Technically no — but most Trane, Mitsubishi, and American Standard manufacturer warranties require annual maintenance to stay valid. The plan covers that visit and adds priority service + repair discounts on top.
- Yes. There’s no contract penalty. You can cancel at any point, and you keep the visits you’ve already used.
- It doesn’t cover the parts/labor of a repair, but it gives you 15–20% off labor and waives the diagnostic fee on service calls (Pro plan). For full repair coverage, ask us about extended warranties.
