- Site usage data — pages visited, time on site, referring URL, device and browser type. Collected via Google Analytics 4, Vercel Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity.
- Call tracking— calls placed from our website may be tracked through CallRail to measure marketing effectiveness. Call recordings, when collected, are retained per CallRail's policies.
- Cookies — small files used for analytics and to remember preferences. See our cookie banner for granular controls.
How we use it
- To respond to your service requests and dispatch the appropriate technician.
- To send confirmation emails and (with your consent) SMS updates about your job.
- To improve our website, marketing, and customer service.

Sharing
