Estimates and pricing on the website are general guides. Final pricing depends on the in-home assessment and the specific equipment and labor required.

Coupons and promotions

Coupons and promotional offers are subject to the validity dates and terms shown. We honor exactly what we publish — please mention an offer when you book so we can apply it to your invoice.

Warranties

Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty. Our installation work carries a labor warranty separate from the manufacturer warranty. Specific terms are provided with every install agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Oregon law, Oregon Climate Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Clackamas County, Oregon.
