We walk the home, identify zones, and design the line-set runs. Aesthetics matter — we hide line-sets where we can.

Equipment + rebate plan
Mitsubishi gear sized to the rooms. Energy Trust of Oregon rebates and IRA tax credits applied where eligible.

Install
Outdoor condenser, indoor heads, refrigerant lines, condensate, and electrical. Most 2–3 zone installs are 1–2 days.

Mitsubishi inverter mini-splits are unforgiving about charge. We pressurize with nitrogen, triple-evacuate to 500 microns, then weigh the refrigerant in to manufacturer spec. Superheat and subcool checked on start-up — not skipped, not guessed. EPA 608-certified handling, every install.

The outdoor condenser is the part you see — and the part neighbors hear. We mount it level on isolation pads, route line-sets along the cleanest possible path, and seal every wall penetration so nothing leaks air or pests into the home.

- Single-zone installs typically run $5,500–$9,000. Multi-zone systems run $9,000–$22,000 depending on number of indoor heads. Energy Trust + IRA incentives often knock several thousand off the final number.
- Single-zone: most are a same-day install. Multi-zone (3–5 heads): typically 2 days. Larger systems can run 3–4 days. We schedule around weather since most of the work happens outside.
- No. Mitsubishi indoor heads run as low as 19dB — quieter than a library. The outdoor compressor sits well below normal AC noise levels. We position the outdoor unit thoughtfully so bedrooms aren't compromised.
- Yes — efficiently. Mitsubishi Hyper-Heat units rated to -13°F, well below anything our region sees. They're the same heat-pump technology as a central system, just in a different form factor.
- Absolutely — single-zone installs are common for bedrooms, home offices, sunrooms, and ADUs. We can also start with one zone and add more later by tying into a multi-port outdoor unit.
