Adam Eells

Adam Eells is a co-founder of Oregon Climate Tech and a longtime family friend of the Morris brothers. He came on board at the company's founding in 2023 to build out the operations and customer-facing side of the business — the parts of running a service company that don't directly involve a wrench.

Adam owns the website you're reading right now — every page, every line of copy, every piece of structured data. The goal: make it as easy as possible for a homeowner to figure out whether OCT is the right call for them, get an honest sense of pricing before scheduling, and reach a real human if they have questions the website doesn't answer.

Day-to-day, Adam runs the operations side: scheduling, customer experience, vendor relationships, financing partnerships (Wells Fargo), and the digital infrastructure (DinoQuote integrations, Google Business Profile, search visibility). The technicians do the technical work; Adam makes sure the rest of the experience holds up to it.
