Co-Founder & Co-Owner
Tristin Morris
Tristin Morris is a co-founder and co-owner of Oregon Climate Tech. He holds an Oregon Signing Supervisor's Electrical License — the credential that lets the company perform the electrical work that goes hand-in-hand with modern HVAC installs (heat pump panel upgrades, line-voltage thermostats, mini-split disconnects, condensate pump circuits).
Together with his brother Jason and longtime family friend Adam Eells, Tristin co-founded OCT in 2023 with the goal of running an HVAC company where the same team that quotes the job shows up for the warranty service call later. He's still hands-on most days — pulling refrigerant pressures on a start-up, or running EMT for a panel-side disconnect on a heat pump conversion.
On the shop side, Tristin owns electrical compliance and quality control across every job that goes out the door. Every electrical line that leaves a job site has been signed off by him.
