What we do
Residential electrical work that keeps up with how you actually live.
From a single dedicated circuit to a full 200-amp service upgrade, every job is permitted, inspected, and done by Oregon-licensed electricians.
Panel upgrades & service changes
Older 100A panels rarely keep up with a modern home. We upgrade to 200A service so EV chargers, induction ranges, hot tubs, and modern appliances all live happily side-by-side.
EV charger installation
Level 2 home chargers, sized correctly for your vehicle, panel, and where you actually park. Permitted, inspected, and code-correct — not "I had a buddy run a wire."
Troubleshooting & repairs
Flickering lights, dead outlets, breakers that trip every time the microwave runs. We chase the actual fault, fix it, and label the panel so you know what's on what.
Dedicated circuits
Kitchen appliances, home offices, hot tubs, workshops — anywhere a single 15-amp circuit isn't enough. We pull a clean home run back to the panel.
Generator & battery backup
Whole-home transfer switches and battery backup integration so your fridge, well pump, and Wi-Fi stay on through the next ice storm.
Lighting & smart switches
Recessed lighting, under-cabinet, exterior security lights, and smart switches that talk to the rest of your house. Clean wiring, minimal drywall damage.
Sub-panels & rewires
Garage and shop sub-panels, partial rewires, and old knob-and-tube replacements. Code-correct work that finally puts your wiring on solid footing.
How it works
Our electrical process — four steps from “I need an outlet” to inspection-passed.
- 01
Free in-home estimate
We come out, look at your panel and the project, and write you a real number — not a guess over the phone.
- 02
Permits + load calc
We pull the permit, run the load calculation, and confirm the panel can handle the work before anyone touches a wire.
- 03
Clean install
Drop cloths down, drywall cuts kept tight, every run labeled in the panel. We leave it cleaner than we found it.
- 04
Inspection + sign-off
City or county inspector signs the permit. You get the paperwork. Done.

One crew, one truck
Electrical and HVAC under one roof.
Heat pump install needs a service upgrade? Panel work paired with an AC swap? Same family-owned team handles both — no second contractor to coordinate, no finger-pointing when the inspector shows up.
Electrical questions, answered.
- Yes. All electrical work is performed by Oregon-licensed electricians, properly permitted with the city or county AHJ, and signed off by inspection. We never run unpermitted electrical.
- Sometimes. It depends on your existing load. We run a free load calculation as part of every estimate so you know up front whether the panel can handle it — no surprise charges mid-install.
- Both. A single dead outlet, a ceiling fan swap, or a flickering light is just as much our job as a 200A service upgrade. No minimum project size.
- Yes. Electrical projects qualify for our Wells Fargo financing program, including the 0% promotional offers when they're available.
- Energy Trust of Oregon and PGE/Pacific Power offer incentives on certain electrification projects: induction ranges, heat pump water heaters, and qualifying panel upgrades. We'll flag every rebate you qualify for during the estimate.
- Most estimates are scheduled within 48 hours. Smaller jobs (a single circuit, an EV charger, a fixture swap) often get done within a week. Larger panel upgrades typically scope out 2–3 weeks once the permit is pulled.
